The unpredictable
The HD of my old K6-2(3.2 GB Seagate) started to produce bad clusters some time ago. Recently I just thought of bringing him back from retirement puting my old 486's 850 MB HD in it and installing Linux. I put the thing in shape in wed, then next day when I power up, HD has gone kaput. I'm having bad bad luck lately. Think maybe there is something wrong with the PS.
Anyway, it's end of the road for this rig. I just wanted to start a thread in honor of my old companion *takes hat off in silence*

I still have a couple systems using those out on my bench in the garage. Running pretty damn good too.
