I've been trying to go through a book on 3D Studio max in my freetime at work and this is the latest thing I've come up with.

Still got a long way to go but it's pretty entertaining.

That is sweet flavio, now how long does it take to render a pic like that?
I know i have enough machine, someday i would love to be able to do something like that.

That's pretty cool

Did you make the textures yourself or just the models?

Neo, this one actually only takes about 2 minutes to render on a PIII 850. There's one ray-traced light that shines through the bottle and stuff that pretty much doubled rendering time as well.

Fury - The textures are from the standard material library. Although the next chapter in the book deals with making textures.

Here's an earlier scene I made:

One of these days I should really sit down and learn Bryce...

I have 3D Studio Max 4...I should really try to learn the basics of it some time....

But on the other hand, there are so many things I have to learn at the moment; Delphi, MS Access (don't ask :(), HTML, MySQL en some day also PHP....

Time, where is it when you need it!

BTW ~ looks great flavio!
