Journalizing file systems

There are a few out now, ReiserFS, IBM's ext3 and I think one more. Is anyone here using one? If so, what are thoughts on it. Plus and minus? Let us know. I'm interested in the IBM file system in particular along with ReiserFS. Thanks.
