Help with Cooling this system (pics inside)...

I desided to start a new thread cause I was done bashing Arctic Silver :D

So here it is -------------------------- :D

Here are some pics of my case and the inside.

Any thoughts on cooling etc...?

Here is the deal.

My case temp is like 93F (33C), and My Proc temp is like 104F (40C) when idle.

When under load the case temp is like 96F (35.5C), and my proc temp is like 116F (46C).

As you can see by the pics, the Heatsink & Fan are factory AMD (came in the retail box). The MSI software that came with the MB says it is a 4400RPM FAN, and the one in the back of the case seems to run around 2400RPM. Should i put a Fan in the front of the case too?

What do you all think of these temps? Do I need better cooling?

If I do need better cooling, what do you recommend...?

I use Arctic Silver 3 between the HS & Proc.

Is their a certain amount of Airflow that should go through the case (CFM)? Should I have a larger CMF Fan in the front or the back? (I know....lots of questions :D )

Should I just not worry about it? Figured some of you could help :D

Thanks in advance for the help
