Features many hardware reviews and has discussion forums, the forums can be a little tough for the average newbie to get into, but are still very interesting reading.

"Pulling one over on the man", the Overclockers-Network motto, an overclocking oriented site with discussion forums, these guys are heavily into super cooling their PC's and running distributed computing projects.
