Food Processor Hollandaise Sauce

This quick version works well. Use immediately after making
and do not save any that is leftover.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups

1/4 cup Lemon juice
6 Egg yolks
Dash Salt
Dash Tabasco sauce
1/2 pound Butter, melted

Add the lemon juice, yolks, salt and Tabasco to a food processor bowl. Pulse until well blended. With the machine running, slowly drizzle in the melted butter. Serve over vegetables, eggs or seafood.
