Flank Steak Adobo

Enjoy this hearty sliced steak with a side of beans and rice.

Serves 2-3

2 pounds Flank steak
1 Tablespoon Garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon Cumin
2 Tablespoons Creole mustard
2 Tablespoons Oil
3 Tablespoons Red wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons Oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons Paprika

Mix the garlic, cumin, mustard, oil, vinegar, oregano and paprika in a large bowl. Add the flank steak and marinate for 30 minutes (turning often). Place the steak on the grill over hot coals. Baste with the marinade. Cook to the desired temperature. Thinly slice across the grain of the meat.
